Friday Five: Recipes
(questions from here)
1) What was the first recipe or food you learned how to cook?
The first one I remember helping with was rolling and cutting dough for chicken & pastry. First one by myself was probably spaghetti.
2) What recipe or food did you cook most recently?
I roasted some eggplant & mushrooms
3) What recipe or food do you cook most often?
I mix it up a lot, hmm ... the one I'm going to make next is one that is on regular rotation, Chickpeas with tomato and chorizo
4) What is your favorite recipe?
Ask me to chose my favorite child! Probably my mom's pumpkin pie recipe.
5) What is the recipe you make that impresses other people the most?
Probably also the pumpkin pie. Or maybe stewed tomatoes, zuchini and onions.

I think my fave thing ever is chicken pot pie, tho. No celery. I literally just make a whole pie for me and hoard it. Yum!
I'll have to pass on that chickpeas and tomato recipe to my mama. She loves chorizo, but she only makes it traditional style and eating it the same way every time gets... bleh.
